NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

What is NLP?

NLP was developed over thirty years, by Dr John Grinder a professor at the University of California, and Richard Bandler a scientist and therapist.

If you bought a new video and once you’d got it home there was no instructions with it, think how much trouble you would have tuning it in, and using it. We have in our heads the most sophisticated computer ever made, but no-one has ever told you how to use it have they? NLP is like an instruction book for the brain.

NLP studies the structure of how we think and experience the world. It has given us a model of how these things work and from this techniques have been developed to quickly and effectively change thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs that limit your development. Basically, by knowing how your brain works, you can change it so it works for you to improve your life and the lives of those around you. Most importantly NLP has been proven to provide rapid results to quickly improve the quality of people’s lives.

Our resident NLP master practitioners are Emma James, Roisin Mclaughlin and Brian McHugh
