Step 1
Exploring if there are any hidden causes of overeating.

These can include emotional issues, a compulsive overeating habit or a stress reaction which causes a particular eating habit. These are dealt with first using hypnotherapy, NLP or time line therapy or a combination to take away that underlying cause and proceed to the rest of the treatment unhindered.

Step 2
Boosting your metabolism

Having a certain metabolism can mean losing weight can seem like a losing battle - always getting results initially but then the weight loss stops and you are unable to get any further. Different types of metabolism mean taking different approaches to your diet (something that most diets never take into account). Using hypnosis Emma can help you boost your metabolic rate before you begin the diet. Emma has a 96% success rate with this new metabolic boosting therapy.

Some people only book this treatment alone and do it every 4 weeks. Results have produced an average of 2lb per week of weight loss.

Step 3
Diet design

From professional experience Emma knows that an effective diet is done working with peoples preferences. Designing an unrealistic or unappealing diet does not work. Emma works with your preferences - distributing the carbohydrate to protein ratios over a 4 week cycle making sure your metabolic rate is boosted. This is reviewed with you every 4 weeks and altered if needed to keep you losing weight effectively and easily.

Step 5
Exercise prescription

Emma only provides this last step if you want her to. Tailored to you it can be anything from simple and easy ways of introducing cardiovascular exercise into your already busy daily routine to giving you a full routine in the gym. Whatever works best for you and your goals.

Support

Emma provides ongoing support throughout the treatment, answering any queries you may have through phone or email, so you are fully supported throughout the programme.

The whole system takes 3 sessions done at 4 week intervals, after the treatment top up sessions are available if you need them.

Per hour - £75

Please note the first session is 2 hours, subsequent sessions are an hour each.
