Zoe Penny is a fully qualified complementary therapist and trainer with ten years experience of working in various health, beauty and community settings in the UK, Spain and Caribbean.

Zoe offers a wide range of therapy treatments through which she aims to reduce your stress levels, promote deep relaxation, improve circulation, cleanse your body of toxins and inpurities and help to revitalise your natural energy levels.

Zoe also offers Professional Reiki Training (levels 1, 2 and Masters) and short 1 day courses introductory courses in aromatherapy, baby massage, Indian head massage, swedish massage and reflexology. (Minumum of 5 people)
